Welcome 2022!
2021 is behind us and now it is time to move forward, welcoming all the exciting & new opportunities that 2022 has for us. Last year ended with the big release of our MarkinLASE-B Series, 3-in-1 Laser Marking Solutions (see video below). With this release we had the opportunity to exhibit in the SHOT Show Supplier Showcase for the first time. This was an amazing show for TMSA. We met current & potential customers and learned about new marking applications.

Laser Marking Technology (Compact, Flexible, & Portable)
Again, as we continue to listen to our customers, we entered the Laser Marking technology and released the “MarkinLASE Series” Laser Marking Solutions. The MarkinLASE-B uses a 3-in-1 concept, giving the user flexibility to move from Class 1 and Class 4 solutions.
First, the MarkinLASE-B-20W Base is the foundation for the MarkinLASE-B series and can be easily swapped between our 3 models making it a true 3 in 1 design. The 20W MOPA Fiber Laser source has a 4” x 4” Marking Window, air cooled, Utilizing the Class 4 design which can be used as an OEM or the optional Tool Post to meet a variety of part sizes up to 135mm tall with little effort.
If you have parts that are too large to be mounted or moved, try a mobile option, and move the Laser Base onto our second alternative, the portable attachment. This Class 1 mobile option allows the user to laser mark safely, with built in pressure tabs on the base to make a secure contact with your parts before the laser engages. Along with laser safe glass to watch your parts during the process.
Our third compact option is our Enclosure. This is an ideal solution for small parts and tags. A manual scissors jack combined with the 2 Dot laser guide, makes focusing and marking simple. Also, the safety lock ensures zero laser exposure. The enclosure allows an impressive 150mm part height. Being a Class 1 enclosure, makes this a perfect and safe solution for an office or in the shop.
The included Windows based software is easy-to-use and offers the user the ability to mark alpha-numeric characters, image files, dynamic barcodes, array marking, as well as many other capabilities. The software has a variety of pre-loaded settings to make marking style decisions even easier.
The versatility of the MarkinLASE Series allows the user to ID a variety of materials including any metal surfaces, synthetics, carbide, Painted or Anodized parts, and most plastics. It can also be integrated into many industries, Aerospace, Defense, Medical, Jewelry, Electronics, Tooling, and many more.
Dot Peen Marking Technology
The Patmark-Desktop unit has a large marking window of 50mm x 50mm (2” x 2”) and is directly connected through the USB port to be programmed 100% through the included Windows Based Software. The software allows the user to create programs using Alpha-Numeric Characters, Serialization, Date/Time, Logos, & 2D Barcodes and multiple Text Fields. Due to the size, the Patmark-Desktop is the ideal tool to add on your Desktop or Workbench. The Patmark-Desktop is equipped with a carbide pin and will allow the user to mark; wood, most plastics, and any metal surface up to 62RC.
Unlike other marking technologies, you can use our MarkinBOX Electric Pin Markers the moment you install it. These units offer the user to easily program a variety of identification marks; Multiple Text Fields, Alpha-Numeric, Logos, Basic shapes, 2D Barcodes, Date/Time, Serialization, Arc text, Rotary style marks (
using our optional rotary attachments), & Barcode input. The versatility of these units being a stationary Desktop style, Portable, or Automation, allows our customers to integrate our equipment into most marking applications.
